I founded Koster Development to do one thing exceptionally well: build and renovate remarkable homes for discerning clients throughout South Carolina's Lowcountry, with a particular focus on Mount Pleasant, Sulivan's Island, Isle of Palms, Charleston, and the surrounding coastal markets.

My background is rooted in hands-on residential construction and development — encompassing site feasibility, entitlement coordination, budgeting, permitting, subcontractor management, and full project execution. That foundation allows me to approach every project with a level of precision and accountability that protects our clients, controls costs, and ensures the result reflects the vision we set out to achieve.

We bring a structured, disciplined process to every project we take on — whether it's a high-end custom home, a major renovation or addition, a luxury kitchen or bathroom remodel, or a thoughtfully designed accessory dwelling unit. Every decision is guided by craftsmanship, cost certainty, and a commitment to long-term value.

I work with a select number of clients each year, which means every project receives my direct attention from the earliest stages of planning through final delivery.
