Lucas was the general contractor for a 700 sq ft addition that we added onto our house in Mt Pleasant in 2024. It turned out beautiful!! His knowledge and expertise in all areas of construction were so helpful. He was very organized, stayed on schedule, managed any problems quickly and efficiently, and had a level head whether working with us or other subcontractors. I was impressed with the quality of work of his recommended subcontractors but if I wanted to work with a specific subcontractor (that he hadn't worked with before), he was happy to oblige. He always had great recommendations when I was having decision paralysis! There were times where I changed my mind about something and it was going to be very inconvenient to make the change, but he was always positive and didn't hesitate to make the changes in order for it turn out exactly how we wanted it. In addition, he is so friendly and easy to work with and always available to talk things through if there are concerns. I couldn't be happier and cannot recommend him highly enough!
