I founded Koster Development as a real estate development and construction firm focused on residential and select mixed-use projects in South Carolina’s Lowcountry, with a particular emphasis on Georgetown and the surrounding coastal markets.

My background is rooted in hands-on residential construction and development, including site feasibility analysis, entitlement coordination, budgeting, permitting, subcontractor management, and full project execution. That experience allows us to underwrite projects conservatively, identify risk early, and maintain control throughout all phases of development.

We approach each opportunity with a structured process. Project decisions are guided by market fundamentals, construct-ability, cost certainty, schedule control, and long-term asset performance. Our roles span from initial site evaluation and capital planning through construction and delivery.

Transparency and accountability define how I work with capital partners. I establish clear assumptions, realistic schedules, and defined scopes, and I communicate consistently as projects progress. This approach positions us to have strong working relationships with lenders, equity partners, consultants, and trade partners.
